Last night I had a great opportunity to try some light painting. It is great fun and you can really let your imagination run wild. You can use any source of light, including torches, EL wires, glow sticks, candles, even Christmas lights. I didn’t get the chance to try everything, but I was very happy to spend at least three quarters of an hour I had available, enjoying what I love.
The model Char was perfectly suited for this project. She described herself in five words: ATTITUDE, WILD, SEXY, EXCITING, CREATIVE. I would also add beautiful, passionate about what she does and very patient, which helped tremendously. With this technique it can take hours to get one truly amazing photograph. Char’s personality and her looks with her fiery hair amazingly complemented the light. She was a pleasure to work with and I think she had great fun too. The results speak for themselves…
